Melanie Marie Boyer serves as CEO of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Foundation. A proud Colombian American and devoted mother of two, she is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania and Duquesne University. Her mission is to foster thriving, job-creating enterprises that uplift underestimated communities and contribute to regional prosperity. Under her leadership, PMAHCC received the 2023 Hispanic Chamber of the Year distinction from the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was named an Outstanding Community Organization by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2023. This year, she secured a $400,000 grant, including $110,000 direct to PMAHCC businesses, part of more than $440,000 in minority-business grants distributed across partner chambers. She serves on the Transition Team for Allegheny County Executive Sara Innamorato and the Allegheny County MWDBE Advisory Committee. Melanie strives to be a catalyst for progress, prosperity, and positive growth.
