Join YWCA Greater Pittsburgh on Tuesday, July 8 at CoLab18 in Nova Place for our Model Pay Practices for a Sustainable Workforce guidebook release! The event is no cost and open to the public.

Model Pay Practices for a Sustainable Workforce is designed to equip YOU with the tools and knowledge needed to not only create but maintain more equitable practices in your workplace. The guidebook details how to apply pay transparency, fair questioning, and compensation review to your workplace along with key action items, rationale, and benefits for promoting pay equity practices.  

By building a sustainable workplace rooted in pay equity, your organization can expect to see increased productivity, longer tenures, and boosted employee morale. Fair pay practices also strengthen workplace culture, efficiency, and performance.

  • The morning will include time for networking and questions, and the content will be presented from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

    9:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

    • Content presentation and Q&A throughout

    10:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

    • Closing, final Q&A, and networking

    • CoLab18 is located inside Nova Place (100 S Commons, Pittsburgh, PA 15212).

    • If parking in the Nova Place Garage, use garage entrance 3 or 4, "Visitor Parking" located on South Commons. Follow signs that lead to the pay station and take the "Concourse" Elevators to P for Plaza, the main concourse of Nova Place. CoLab18 is towards your left once you exit the elevators. A map of the campus and parking garage can be found on their website.

    • Nova Place provides event parking to the general public. Be sure to check the local listings for events. Nova Place parking rates impact all guests.

    • Parking passes can be purchased in advance.
