Mia Hooper

Mia Hooper is the Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council, where she leads initiatives supporting the region's creative economy. She also serves as an Executive Committee Member for Disability Lead, a national organization preparing individuals with disabilities for leadership roles. A dedicated public servant, Mia is a Council Member for East McKeesport Borough, working to improve her community through strategic planning and engagement. Mia holds a degree in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching crime dramas. Her passion for the arts, community development, and family life drives her to make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally.
