We're here to help Greater Pittsburgh community members thrive.

At YWCA Greater Pittsburgh, we provide direct support to those who need it most. People like Ava, a mom who needed a safe new home after escaping domestic violence, or Camila, a grandmother who needed groceries when she was too injured to get to the store.

Thousands of people come to us for help every year, and thanks in part to the support of community members like you, we deliver: in '24-'25 alone, we connected 1,563 neighbors to vital resources like housing and food.

We also ensure high-quality, culturally relevant education is accessible to families in our community, many of whom are from low-income backgrounds. In '24-'25, our supporters helped us provide affordable education programs to 1,007 children and parents. These programs include everything from early care for toddlers to career readiness programs for middle and high school students.

Additionally, our Center for Race & Gender Equity works to build community and create change. In '24-'25, we engaged 4,601 community members in events and initiatives like panel discussions, movie screenings, and workshops. To continue providing these resources for thousands of neighbors across Greater Pittsburgh per year, we need your help. By giving today to our areas of greatest need, you can join a community of people helping make our region better for all.
