YWCA Racial Justice Challenge

YWCA Greater Pittsburgh is excited to announce the 2025 Racial Justice Challenge to begin on September 29, 2025. Anyone is welcome to join the Challenge, but this fall we are focusing on our higher education partners. Students, faculty, and staff can join in. The Challenge is for everyone!

The YWCA Racial Justice Challenge is a free educational initiative designed to build community and promote learning. For four weeks, content is posted each weekday morning in the Challenge app and website. Every day, participants have the option to read articles or watch short videos curated around weekly themes. Materials include Pittsburgh-specific content alongside more far-reaching examples from throughout the United States. Although content is posted daily, participants can follow their own pace by completing as much or as little as they prefer, allowing their interests and availability to determine their level of involvement. Participants are encouraged to utilize the commenting and discussion board features to connect and examine crucial issues together.
